The error of the company's ways needs pointing out to him at every opportunity and they can hardly argue notice hasn't been given when you've contacted the top man.You could also email your regional MD (contacts on the Knowledgebase pages). I've done this in the past and had an excellent response. He phoned me personally and had an engineer out straight away to resolve my local problems resolved. Sadly, the national picture....
