This is the most silliest story l have ever heard of, This is HS gone mad, So that means if it rains, when l ref a game of football, l have to call the game off, as l cannot see a player on the other side, getting wet.

If there is a lifegaurd on duty, they should really walk round the edge of the pool, therefore he can see, what is happening. really stupid.
