Virgin media do have a fraud team who pull off the MACS from all UBR's and block duplicates. How effective they are at doing this and how regular they do it, I dont really know, but reading on other forums where the hackers are, they dont seem to overly concerned so I doubt VM are spending a lot of time on this.
The other problem is, you just get 10mb installed yourself and they cant really check anything as your on a single mac address so checking for multi mac is useless in this case.
