Hi Guys

I have a quick question, i've just moved into a new flat and i can't get a digital signal from sky or an arial due to a massive church across the road,

However theres signs that the previous tenant had cable installed, so my question is if i get my hands on a vbox (Cable Box) will i be able to recieve the standard freeview channels through it, without signing up for a contact?
