Just to update you, I spoke to CS to order a V+, they asked if I wanted to keep the old box or have it taken away, I explained that I had no need for it and it was agreed that the engineer would remove it on the install day. Â£99 was taken there and then and install date arranged. At no time was an addtional Â£5 charge mentioned. I have just had my welcome pack which shows, apart from the Â£99 install charge (Â£150 - Â£51 credit) for the V+, the cost for all services has not changed! :-)
