Hi Rob & Bensden,
When I went to try out your suggestions unfortunately My DVD/VHS recorder had developed a fault, by the time I had diagnosed the problem and carried out the necessary repair I had had enough. Today I was unable to try the two options as a mate's TV was in trouble so had to sort that for him. Hopefully tomorrow I will try again. I did make a quick test using the r/f inputs and outputs and that worked, but for some reason the AV1 continues to display the stations 1 to 5. which the Vbox doesn't overide, that is why I wanted to make a dedicated channel for it. But I will persevere.and will update you both.
Agile? well to be honest I must not grumble I am pretty fit for my age but the knees don't like me bending down and protest, but I am thankful for the otherwise good health, especially when I see contemporaries and even younger people suffering.
