Yeah, first thing I tried was the NG's - but like said, they refer you to an 0800 number; which is really annoying because my first port of call for support was always the NG's, and you always got a reply from someone with a clue.
Oh how I wish there was a business NG, instead I'm left waiting for this tech to call...

I was hoping someone from cf would have a magical fix for this, but alas, 'tis not to be!
