Sorry about that...I see what you mean now.

Unfortunately, I haven't had occasion to access my account for many years, and I'll be damned if I can remember what my bloody user name is!! Aarrggghhhh!

On the face of it, does my described problem look like something I need to call Technical Support about? If so, will they be able to establish my identity without my username?
