When I type ipconfig it says DNS is 192.168.1.1 can you type that addy into your web browser, you should get asked for username/password which should be virgin/password.
Once in there go to router status, this will given you your dns servers.

It says its 192.168.1.2. I cant login I guess I have to do it directly with an ethernet cable which will be a HUGE pain because we're on a wireless connection! I'll have to get my friend nearer to do it.
When I do get into the settings though, what am I looking for and what needs changing or.. ?
