I'm thinking about getting a V+ added to my XL TV, basic phone and BB and am thoroughly confused by the pricing schemes. Do I have to keep my old STB (I have no real need for it) and pay Â£5 extra a month or do I just pay the Â£99 install and they take the old box away?

Do all calls to CS go through to script following agents in foreign lands or is there a good time of the day or number to dial to speak to someone a bit more flexible?
