If you are stopping the television package, and have any STB, then you'll find that Virgin Media require the STB back - this is specially true for V+ boxes.
As for price of the XL broadband, I suspect you'll drop to the unpackaged price of Â£35 (http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...uct.do?id=3246) but it all depends on your original contract period.
