Re: Virgin cable interface to DVD/hard disk recorder

I've moved your post from the "Articles" section, as anything posted there is moderated & has to be approved before it can be seen.

You could connect a Virgin STB to a DVD/HDD recorder (so long as it could record from an external source), but you'd be using analogue connections to do so.

You can't replace the Virgin STB itself though - you are only allowed to connect VM-supplied equipment to the cable connection. 3rd party boxes, and cable tuner PC cards, cannot be used.
