Well been on the retention line asking for a upgrade to 50 meg at Â£35.00 and not the the Â£50 that the upgrade wizard gives you.
The bloke hasn't agreed yet he'll talk to another engineer as to why my speed hasn't increased since 50 meg is available. If they can't see why they'll discuss the matter with me.
Next test will he call back???
Oh and virgin was slow it struggled to load there page up which is rather amusing.
