It's the Kingston that's cheaper. If the OCZ was cheaper I would have just got them without bothering to ask.

You mention a difference in the timings, but you don't mention what the stock frequency is, only that you're running it at 1600. I haven't really paid much attention to anything to do with DDR3, so I'm not sure what speeds are available, but if 1600 is the stock & you've only changed the timings, then you haven't overclocked it, you've
underclocked it. With the frequency higher is faster, but with timings lower numbers are faster than higher numbers.
