i use ocz with my ddr3 and also when i was using ddr2 from what i have heard kingston isn't that bad but others, might disagree personally i would go for the ocz even if it was cheaper as i have never had a problem with them i currently have mine running at, 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 instead of the stock settings of 7-7-7-20 iirc not sure if it's better having it oc'd or not.

as i say i would go for the ocz but thats just me.
