I'm also a bit confused and calling CS today hasn't really helped me

I too had a V+ box not long after they were released and already had a 2nd V box in another room.

Therefore I have one V+ and one V box currently for which my bill shows

1 Additional V Box Â£15
V+ Box Â£10
Add Set Box(es) Discount -Â£10

I'm on the XL TV package

I asked today what the upgrade cost would be to replace the V box with a V+ and was told it would cost Â£150 for install. All my other charges would stay the same

Doesn't sound right to me. Any ideas what I should be paying or is that correct?

Also, if I paid the Â£99 charge as described on the web site what would my payments change to?
