hello sorry I dont know the number of my P.C. does this mean I cant do a restore there must be a way thanks Roy.

could you please let me know what to do from the start as I dont have a clue whats what ,all I know this P.C has a triple core ,whatever that means is there a way you can have a look at what I have got by remate that way it will be done right thanks Roy.
