Hi guys had a V+ box installed in March 2007 before they started charging for them and currently pay Â£15 per month for the service, I just spoke to someone at #Virgin and they said if I pay Â£150 now they can stop charging me Â£15 per month. is this right?
If so I have paid Â£15 for 22 months now meaning I have paid Â£330 surely they can't keep charging me or ask me to pay another Â£150!?!
Is there some one here who could look at my account for me.
