What happened was there were a man and a woman kissing and he asked them to stop as he didnt want that in his pub as it upsets some of his customers who are older.... they left and a few mins later 2 gay blokes came in and started getting touchy and feely and started kissing, and he said exactly the same to them, he wasnt being homophobic or singling them out and thankfully there were witnesses to it. They then reported him to the police and to the brewery for being homophobic.

Something similar happened in one my local pubs. The two ladies were getting quite a bit of attention snogging. I don't think anyone was bothered by what they were doing and then they 5 mins later they were kicked out the pub for getting down to it in the loo
Funnily enough, none of the blokes seemed that bothered
