Ezactly my point. Whats the point in putting net limiter on everyones pc / + other devices connected to the network When they can change it etc. + If they format thier pc net limiter will no longer be on there and then i would have to re install it again. I know it only takes a few mins to put it on but i cant be arsed with it that way. + when people come round to the house and they use the net, Im not going to say " Oh giz ya laptop a second whilst i install netlimiter so u cant use all the bandwidth "
My main excersice is to Change it without them being able to change it them selfs and then also cut it off completly but still providing them with email or stored web page access thats stored on the server.
But anyhows... Its setup now
same way Xpod showed me in a diagram.
