If you are now sharing a connection between two computers, and both are in use at the same time , then inevitably each will only get a share of the total bandwidth available. You don't get 2x 10meg speeds by having 2 computers connected to a router.

However, if only the laptop, or only the computer, or only the xbox is in use, with the others doing nothing, then that should still be able to get the full speed. If you are not seeing a good speed in such circumstances, then look at the router. Do you have current firmware for it?
