It's fairly belting down here now. And Sunday night's lot has only just thawed! Worse, it's falling on top of ground that is frozen hard after days and days of sub-zero temperatures, including -5c last night.
But despite all this, yesterday afternoon (which was bright and sunny, although bitterly cold) I checked the control panel for our solar panels and found them generating about 66c.
It's nice to be able to get free hot water even in the middle of winter ...
