It depends entirely on the girl in question..You know her,we don't so we can't say or tell you what to say to make her laugh...
The best way to get a girl to pay attention to you is to ask her opinions on something..the band,the club/pub/food/view/weather.Avoid politics,taxes,death,gender issues at first and until you have had several dates.
Keep talking to her ABOUT HER..if she asks you for your opinion on something answer honestly but don't drone on and quickly get back to asking what she thinks.Make her feel she is the person of interest to you.
We women are far more impressed in being treated as equals and not as someone to get into bed at the first opportunity(even though we do know that's the point of the game
