Its rather annoying having to get so heated with VM before they'll yield. Keep on at them and I'm sure you'll get a refund.

Marting, did the engineer mention the nature of the fault? Was it at the green box down the road?

Have not had an engineer to my line yet so I guess I'd better pursue this.
