So are they terminated on RJ45's on on a faceplate???
Not sure I understand what you're saying (bit slow sometimes!)

One end of the cable has an RJ45 connector to go into the netgear switch and the other is connected to the RJ45 jack in the faceplate. Is that what you meant?

I'm working through the connections with a tester not and seem to be making progress (slowly!).
