Hi everyone,
I am a new member and this particular area confuses me too....

I have a V+ box connected by HD lead. I can get a picture and sound but not full handset functionality.
...However I understand that if I remove/disconnect the hd lead and connect the V+ via scart to the tv an av sender will then work (or more acurately the remote will work and I will have access to all the menus and guides) I further understand that I will have to lose full hd effect (no hardship there just yet!) and I will have to daisy chain AV sender into the main scart output (ie not use the video scart socket)
........is this correct? - my SKY is now disconnected and upstairs tv is now restricted (boo!)
I have searched (as a lurker) and feel this topic has never been fully clarified
