Ah but he does have two-eyes so really he should have said he's a blind in one eye, Scottish idiot.
Just as well he didn't compare him to a cyclops or else Top Gear would be looking for a new host, although its the BBC and JC is a bit of a bigger name than Carole Thatcher so he'd have got away with it.
Personally I think the eye insult is bit below the belt, but then again Clarkson isn't particularly known for his tact and diplomacy.
