As l was made redundant, l can explain something too you, as l sought advice, concerning payments etc.

REDUNDANCY; If a company, closes down, BUT has other depots, they have to offer you work at the other depots, if there are no vacancy, then the redundancy happens.

DISMISSAL (SACK), If you have been at a company for less than TWO years, then they have to follow strict procedure, to carry that out, otherwise you can sue.

If you have been on probation, and ie the norm is three months, they can get rid of you at any time, if you make one mistake.

If you work for VM, for feel sorry for you, but l cannot understand, why they are getting rid of you, they should be taking on my staff, not get rid of you, or is it, they are ' stream lining ' your department.
