On February 2nd, 2009, SCEE announced that a demo of Killzone 2 would be available to download from the European PlayStation Store from February 5th, 2009.[23] The demo will include the first two sections of ‘Corinth River’ (the first level of the game) and will also include the tutorial sequence from the final game.

A demo card, granting access to a Killzone 2 demo, was also offered to US gamers who pre-ordered the game at GameStop, and will be available for download on February 5, 2009.
