For all those saying they have a verbal/e-mail agreement saying you would get the £80 refunded, I am not saying you won't get it, but you will have a lot of 'Oh I don't know about that' and 'Ill have to get the original advisor to contact you etc'.
Sales do not have any way of refunding that, so don't expect it not to be charged. You will then have to wait for the credit to reverse it back off the account

So this means that no-one can tell you when an area is to be upgraded, until the day you can actually order 50Mbit
