Well, there's no mention of Palacios on the FA's
list of suspended players and neither is he listed on the pending players suspension list. Although looking at his
record this season, he has been booked 10 times already. Bearing in mind, you receive a suspension after 5 bookings, it would seem he should be on a suspension.
Although, maybe the FA have a rolling count system, so if he had bookings from last season, he would have served a suspension after maybe 2 or 3 bookings of this season. If that makes sense.
