To be honest, I couldn't say. The
Amstel brewery was bought by Heineken 40 years ago. They kept Amstel as a B-brand for a while, but I think Heineken stopped brewing Amstel a long time ago. Apparently, they've resurrected the brand (I was surprised to see advertising for it). I couldn't comment on the taste.
