More than likley you have the ethernet ( lan ) cable ( blue ) & usb cable ( Grey ) plugged into the modem. UNPLUG the grey usb cable. use the BLUE ethernet cable & plug it directly into the router from the cable modem. then connet all pc's into the router via thier ethernet ( lan ) ports.

this is how u should set up your modem / router.

PC (s) - ROUTER - CABLE MODEM - INTERNET
your modem does not need the USB lead plugged into it.

That should cure your problem
