Our primary supplier at work (Stone Computers/Compusys) does this. However, we use our own OS installs. one for XP with SP3, and one each for 32 and 64 bit Vista (both with SP1).
Funnily enough, very little of our software gains much from the 64bit architecture (we have some software that really does take advantage of it, but not much), but we found that users were complaining that they weren't getting the 4gig (or more) of RAM that they asked (and in some cases paid) for.
