Sounds broken to me
And it keeps doing this even after you've powercycled it? One thing you could try is a software update.
1. Remove the power from the box in whatever way you want (switch off at mains, unplug power from back)
2. Hold the "Back Up" button on the
front of the box
3. Return power to the box and keep the button held in until you see an on-screen message
