I feel like crap
My nan died today. After all the trouble I been having lately. Everything has just got on top of me

The nosebleeds started today at my first day back at work and I got sent home. My ex who I love very much told me we would stay friends. Only now she is ignoring me and its hurting me so much.

Already on anti depressants but I feel like crap.

I just want this to end
