Re: Battlestar Galactica - Razor & Season 4
Yes, the Fifth *was* revealed.
RDM Interview
(SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!)
------------------------------
As it's not yet been on Sky 1...
Spoiler:
I can buy Ellen being the Fifth far more than some of the other theories such as e.g. Zack Adama.
Very shocked to see Dee shoot herself, especially after her & Lee seemed to have patched things up & appeared they may get back together.
Bill & Saul's drunken scene was great.
If Starbuck flew to Earth when she disappeared, and died, then who the frak is the Starbuck that returned to the Fleet, and where'd she get a new Viper? And Leoben got freaked out?! I don't think we've ever seen anything freak him out, LOL!
OK, so the 13th Tribe were humanoid Cylons, and found & settled Earth... so how are they connected to the current Cylons, who were originally created only a few decades ago by the Colonies? And just how are the Final Five connected to the current Cylons?
As the "Final Five" seem to have lived on Earth 2000 years ago, and then died in the nuclear war, I assume that means they had some sort of "Resurrection" tech like the current Cylons have.
Also, we know that the Final Five are meant to be special in some way compared to the normal Skinjobs, and it seems that them having children is not such a big deal (e.g. no fuss was ever made over the Chief & Cally having a kid, compared to the major event of Helo & [normal humanoid Cylon] Sharon/Athena having Hera). I'm sure it's also been said that there's only one copy of each, rather than multiple copies like with the normal ones.
...So I'm guessing Earth had a population of unique humanoid Cylons, capable of reproduction, rather than multiple copies of (generally sterile?) ones.
Somehow, Five of these Earth-based Cylons were saved from the nukes via Resurrection. Why only save Five though, or were there more?
