Simply attach an automatic gun turret to the router to stop people attaching cables? Or superglue all the cables in place with unwired plugs in unused sockets?
Seriously though I was wondering why you would want to do this and realised that a reasonable reason would be to restrict someones internet access. Fiddly but effective method until they guess the router password.
