You know I'm sure we went through all these irrelevant side issues back when we did that "Smoking and the Pub" mega-thread.
The key point hasn't changed: you
cannot be subjected to passive drinking. You
can be subjected to passive smoking. That is why recent anti-smoking legislation of this kind is has been introduced on health & safety grounds, and that is why it is entirely reasonable to do so.
