Re: Seriously fluctuating connection with Belkin Router

Thank you for the suggestions.

I think the first suggestion is great and the same one I came up with but the problem is that I bought the pci card recently and paid a hefty sum for it... I would hate to buy a new one, even if it was just to check if there is a difference. Hmmm, somehow I think I will end up doing it anyway.

FYI, my pci card is a Belkin F5D8001UK N1 300Mbps Wireless PCI Card and about 6 months old.

I have already talked to BE and they do not have any other suggestions other than changing the channel, which I have already done (11 to 9). I guess I could change the channel to distance it even more from 11 (4 for instance), which might help but since there really is nobody with a wireless router close enough to influence my connection I am doubtful. I will try nonetheless.

Any other suggestions welcome before I go out and buy a new pci card.
