Ironically, the only way peace will be acheived is with the right wingers in power in Israel.
Take when Sharon (will they please just let the man die?) was in charge, he had the support of the right wingers, and the left wingers in striving for peace, hence the withdrawls from Gaza (of course the demolition of Israeli houses in Gaza was slammed by those who couldn't understand why it had to happen).
The left cannot gain enough of a majority to be able to take on any right wing opposition.
If you look at the steps given towards peace, Israel has always been the one to give, and give, and rarely gets peace in return.
