The above quote is completely false, as the webpage you linked to shows - What is actually on that page is -

Abu Mazen was at the same meeting and recounts how President Bush told him: "I have a moral and religious obligation. So I will get you a Palestinian state." "

Where does it state that Abu Mazen(not Nabil Shaath) said that George Bush told him that God told GWB to invade Iraq?
