Thanks for the speedy reply. yea i put a wep password on it, i put it on incase someone was accessing it while i couldnt even use it lol. its not near a tv or monitor really. I just tried to connect and now its saying wireless access point not detected, even though it finds it in the scan. I hate this router lol

oh I could add some screen shots if you tell me stuff that could be wrong

I sorted out the problem saying access point not detected and im back to the internet connection failing
