right click on My Computer
Select Manage
Select Device Manager on the left list (under system tools)
on the right, expand Network Adapters
Right click on the network device being used for your Internet connection and select Uninstall
Once removed, go to Action
Select Scan For Hardware Changes
This will reinstall the device
