Once it has go to your network connections dialogue, and look uner the 'properties' of the TCP/IP component - have a look and see what it says for DNS Servers.
Yes it came up with "No response from server"

The TCP is dotted in append primary specific.........
Append parent.......is ticked

i presume you are using the correct ethernet cable type to connect directly to the modem?
Hi Bender do I select "uninstall" in the sub menu, and where do I scan to replace the file again please.
