When your number is auto withheld, as in you've already asked VM to permanantly withhold your number, you can dial 1470 to UN-withhold it.

You'd do this because some people, such as my mother, don't accept withheld numbers.

If you don't have it withheld permanatly, you can dial 141 before the number, to withhold for that call only.
