1. Change the Admin Username and Password for the router
2. Change the SSID to something that doesn't identify the model of router, you, or your address
3. Find the wireless encryption options and select WPA2 PSK, enter as long a passphrase as you can remember (using upper case and lower case, numbers, and special characters !"Â£$%^&*()

That should do for a start.
