Yes, Virginmedia should aim to be Linux-friendly, Mac-friendly, Netbook friendly.

Maybe not necessarily "full support", but have the required settings and options available, rather than depend 100% on "insert our installer CD".

To "support" any system wher the user knows where to put the settings, requires that those settings be clearly available, easy to find, rather than an afterthought for those cranks who don't want to use setup.
