As a Virgin emloyee of over 13 years, I don't mean to be blase about it but I've been there, done that, bought the t-shirt, gone for the weekend in Paris.

Speak to most old-timers and a you'll just get apathy and a shrug of the shoulders - here we go again.

New re-org, new managers (meet the new boss, same as the old boss) centralise, regionalise, re-invent the wheel for the 7th time....... pah
