That sucks.
I think I've been lucky, I don't think I've ever had to pay for a speed upgrade, I think I've always been on the middle tier/speed, or at least I have since they went from 2 speeds to 3 [IIRC the bottom speed became the middle, & they introduced a new slower speed].

Well, I haven't done that many with the maximum 20 pics in a post, just occasionally when I either have a bit of a backlog, or come across a new & plentiful source, but I shall attempt to restrain myself in future.
